How much does it cost to be a member?
The investment to become a member of LNPG is £149+VAT if you own 1 to 3 rented properties, £249+VAT if you own 4 to 25 rented properties and £349+VAT if you own over 25 rented properties. This fee applies for the first full year of membership and then is determined by the size of your portfolio annually on your renewal date thereafter.
What are the savings?
The savings vary depending on the supplier and goods, however approximately 20% discount is achievable on most goods when comparing it to published prices. Many of the prices we have negotiated are cheaper than you can find on the internet.
How do I get the savings?
Subscribe to LNPG and download application forms (where appropriate) from the member area of our website. Complete and return the forms to the supplier. They will set your account up, applying our discounts to your account, and then you can purchase directly from the supplier. For those suppliers not requiring accounts to be opened simply follow the instructions for how to purchase from them.
Can I buy cheaper?
LNPG has negotiated discounts that are just not available to the public. LNPG receives no rebate or commission payments from products bought by its members. Our members receive the best discounts possible.
How secure are the LNPG agreements with the suppliers?
LNPG has entered into agreements with all of its suppliers to provide preferential discounts to all members.
Will the range of Suppliers broaden over time?
Yes, most definitely. LNPG is constantly seeking to add complementary suppliers to provide a complete one stop shop for Landlords.
Do LNPG have national supplier coverage?
Our suppliers are both National and Regional. Regional suppliers are highlighted on our website accordingly with the extent of their geographical coverage. In addition, we continue to add further regional providers to build national coverage in certain specific areas.
Where is my Membership Card?
Your membership card will normally be sent within 10 days of you joining LNPG after you have fulfllled the requirements set out in the Terms and Conditions Section 2.3. This simply means that you need to register your properties' delivery addresses with us.

Where is my Welcome Email?
We send you a Welcome email to your registered email address within seconds of your payment clearing. Sometines it may take longer. If you have not received your Welcome email within five minute, please check your SPAM folder. Some email services, particularly Gmail, treat our email as SPAM.
As we mainly use email to contact you, we recommend that you add the following address to your Contacts or Safe Sender list: membership@lnpg.co.uk and newsletter@lnpg.co.uk

Gmail New Subscribers: Please add our "from" address (for example: membership@lnpg.co.uk) to your Gmail contacts list. Remember that you may receive messages from several LNPG addresses, including membership@lnpg.co.uk. To add us to your contact list: 1. Click "Contacts" along the left side of any Gmail page. 2. Click "Add Contact". 3. Copy and paste our "From" address, "membership@lnpg.co.uk”, into the primary email address dialog box. .4. Click "Save".
