After years of watching from the sidelines as the trade ordered paint from home with the Johnstone’s DC Mobile App, we are finally a-go!

Linking Your Account to the App

As an LNPG member, you should already have a branch account with Johnstone’s (you can check here). If you don’t have one already, give us a call on 01455 23 44 99.

To link your account:

  1. On Wednesday 2nd September, you’ll receive a password reset code email from no-reply@johnstonesdc.com. This means your account has been uploaded ready to be linked to the app (that’s the bit we’re doing for you).
  2. Once your email has come through, head to johnstones.com to the My Accounts section, then click I forgot my password.
  3. This will trigger a new password reset code email to be sent to you, you’ll have 15 minutes to reset before the code times out.
  4. Use the new password reset code to change your password to whatever you like.
  5. Download the JohnstonesDC app on iPhone or Android.

Colour Matching

The JohnstonesDC app is brilliant for whites, magnolia, and any of Johnstone’s Trade’s 16,000 shades – but we’ll admit colour matching is a bit of a pain.

If you fancy something a bit fancier, colour matching to another major brand, give us a call at the LNPG office and we’ll make sure you can still get it sorted without losing the extra discount.
