With our headquarters in Alfreton, Derbyshire, Eurocell is at the forefront of the UK’s PVC-U industry, leading the way in the manufacture, distribution, and recycling of PVC-U windows, doors, conservatories, rooflights, roofing and roofline systems.

Alongside these, as home improvement specialists we offer the widest range of products for home renovations and new build projects under a single brand with more than 10,000 products including garden rooms, extensions, decking, fencing and more.

With a network of more than 200 trade branches across the UK, we serve over 40,000 tradespeople and distribute products through a vast network of window fabricators, housebuilder partners and specifiers, as well as to installers and direct to homeowners.

Our commitment to providing quality sustainable solutions sets us apart, with the largest PVC-U recycling operation in the UK. We operate a closed-loop recycling system, collecting, reprocessing, and utilising waste to create new products. In 2023 alone, Eurocell incorporated 16,700 tonnes of recycled PVC-U in its operations, with windows containing approximately 32% recycled content.

Buying Instructions

Requesting a Quote

Members should send all quotation requests to: josh.percival@eurocell.co.uk

To ensure your request is processed efficiently, please use the following subject line format:

LNPG – CUSTOMER NAME – PROPERTY POSTCODE

  • LNPG – Identifies a member and ensures your discount is applied
  • Customer Name – Helps track individual enquiries to members,
  • Property Postcode – Allows allocation to the correct local branch

Quotation Timeframes

Once your request is received, quotes will be returned within the following timeframes:

  • Standard Windows → within 24 hours
  • Complex Windows (e.g. shaped frames, high-spec items) → up to 5 working days
  • Drawing-based Requests → up to 10 working days

Placing an Order

If you wish to proceed with an order:

  1. Confirm by email: Notify Josh that you would like to proceed with the quote.
  2. Branch allocation: The quote will be forwarded to your local Eurocell branch.
    • If the Eurocell branch you would like to visit to place the order is different from the branch closest to the property, please let Josh know and this can be arranged.
  3. Branch visit & sign-off: Visit the sepcified branch to review and sign off the quotation. This confirms all details are correct before processing
  4. Delivery arrangements: Delivery will be directly to site with the details being agreed with the branch at the point of order. Someone must be present to accept delivery and assist with unloading.
    • The branch will:
      • Place the order
      • Provide updates on lead times
      • Arrange a delivery date suitable for the member

Prices

Pricing is calculated on an individual basis, as all products are from our bespoke range. A preferential level of discount has been agreed between Eurocell and LNPG.
