Nick is the founder of the LNPG; as a professional landlord, he identified an opportunity to bring together a group of landlords to collectively negotiate better prices from suppliers.
Nick has now grown his portfolio, and his vision is not only to help members save on refurbishment work, but to give Landlords a stronger voice.
We asked Nick to comment on why setting up and running LNPG is so important to him.
“I think it’s fair to say that Landlords are not held in the highest esteem and many people’s perceptions are based on stereotypes that simply are not accurate. I set out to help people grow their portfolio and actually make a profit from running property. LNPG goes a long way to making being a landlord more profitable, less stressful and more flexible by empowering everyday people to become part of a big organisation with substantial buying clout. My goal was to bring people together so that we can achieve much more – we have done that and I am very proud of what LNPG stands for”
As a landlord with over 30 properties David understands the financial pressures on landlords. As LNPG’s Financial Director, he has helped streamline our financial processes and as a result, we can offer amazing memberships at fees which make getting a return on investment an almost instant proposition.
As Operations Director, Paul is the interface between our support team and our suppliers. Working with Nick, he is responsible for the day to day running of the business and for developing new partners, offering better deals and monitoring our partners’ service levels. As a landlord with more than 30 properties he understands how important customer service is, especially when dealing with emergency situations or complex projects.
Mark has worked at a senior level in IT for over 30 years, he brings his experience of advertising and IT to the LNPG team. He is responsible for overseeing the website and backoffice development as well as liaising with Partners on IT and data issues.
Anthony heads up our newly-established in-house marketing team. He brings with him a solid foundation of experience in contract marketing, coming from the specification team of one of Britain’s leading manufacturers in the plumbing and heating industry.
I joined LNPG in March 2016. I deal with all potential new members of LNPG along with all membership enquires. I take you through the sign-up process and deal with payments and can check individual prices or quotes for you. I am also here for support and guidance for you during your membership.
I joined LNPG in February 2015. I contact all members within a month of their membership to take them through important aspects of LNPG’s partners, I can help and advise all members during their membership with ourselves. You will also hear from me half way thorough your membership to check in to see how you have been getting on.
I joined LNPG in November 2015. I help look after current members throughout their membership, I help with any questions or queries, I am also here to assist you with checking quotes.
I joined LNPG in April 2018 to help members get the best out of their membership along with the rest of the team. Although I’ve only recently started, I’m confident that I’ll be able to help you to the best of my abilities and refer to the rest of the team when needed.
