IntelloPro
360° virtual tours, floor plans, and inventories, all in one easy app
Introduction
IntelloPro is the new name for iTours Pro. We started as a 360° virtual tour platform, but today IntelloPro puts everything you need to market and manage a let property in one place, with one login and one monthly bill.
Shoot a 360° virtual tour yourself with any 360° camera that saves standard 360° photos, upload it from your phone or computer, and it is live in minutes. Share the link on Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, social media or your own website. Tenants can walk round the property before they book a viewing, so you spend less time on viewings that go nowhere and less time disturbing tenants who still live there. You can lock a tour with a password so only the people you choose can see it, and every tour carries your own logo and name.
The same property can have a clear floor plan (draw it yourself in the app, or have one drawn for you), a property inventory with photos and meter readings, and a tenant welcome pack covering utilities, bins, keys, house rules and safety certificates. Inventories and welcome packs export as tidy, branded PDFs ready to send. There are also brochure, photo enhancing and social media video tools, all included in every plan.
There is no contract and no setup fee. Plans start at £9.99 a month for 3 live tours, and every plan includes every tool. Support is UK based, by phone, WhatsApp and email, and we are happy to give any LNPG member a free 30-minute online demo.
LNPG members get their first month free, then save 25% every month on any IntelloPro plan.
