It is not just the prices that are great as a member, but also the support offered by LNPG
I joined LNPG several years ago, my original plan was to save enough to cover the membership for one year and then not to renew after 12 months.
The trouble is, updating properties is a constant process and not a short-term fix. You get a bathroom package for such a low-price, it includes absolutely everything you need and it is all good quality stuff that will stand-up to wear and tear. If you have more than 2 or 3 properties, bathroom and kitchen units become a commodity, there is always one that needs replacing or upgrading.
It is not just the prices that are great as a member, but also the support offered by LNPG – particularly in rare occasions when things go wrong. In my last big purchase, there were 2 problems with delivery of items. If I wasn’t an LNPG member, I would have been back to square one and would have to wait a long time for these issues to be sorted, but as a member, the manufacturer was in touch and expedited delivery to the local merchants and the local depot for me. This made the difference between my new tenants being very impressed with the new bathroom and saving the potential hassle of not having the house ready for them.
