Back with the big fish for this Webinar, we haven’t heard from Jewson since Season 2, they’ve been busy battling endless supply issues and the of course the dreaded pandemic.

But we’re at last reunited and ready to get to grips with some exciting upgrades and news.

Not The New Kids on The Block

We have been in the capable hands of Leanne for a while now and she has been doing a stellar job with helping LNPG members ordering from Jewson but even with her superhuman talents, it was going to come to a point where the sheer demand was going to catch up.

So we did what we do best, approach Jewson as a collective of 5,282 landlords to negotiate a better service, and that’s exactly what we got.

So, we poached three experienced building customer service advisors from another Jewson department and now have a team of four assisting all our members with enquires, quotes and much more.

With over 20+ years of experience within the new team, you’ll be getting only the best service, and faster response times.

Doing It the Right Way

As with all our partners, following the correct procedures is vital to getting the LNPG prices and saving yourself hassle in the long run.

The Jewson process couldn’t be simpler: you have the option to order via a branch, online or by our brand-new team via email.

Let’s kick things off with the ordering via your local branch.

1. Find your local branch – www.jewson.co.uk/branch-finder
2. Provide your Jewson account number at point of enquiry, you’ll need this to get your exclusive pricing.

3.Any queries, issues or quote checks send them to the LNPG Jewson team at LNPG@Jewson.co.uk

4.Call LNPG directly if you have any problems using your Jewson account.

Now that we have wrapped up ordering via a branch, let’s get the online ordering process dialled down.

1. Register online and link your Jewson account for LNPG prices.

2. Any issues with registering please email LNPG@Jewson.co.uk

3. If you cannot find a product or need product advise please contact your local branch www.jewson.co.uk/branch-finder

4. After signing up, you’ll need to log out and back in again for your LNPG prices to be visible.

They is currently a promotion running on members registering their accounts online with Jewson, a price of £100 Love2Shop vouchers is up for grabs.

Head over to Jewson’s registrations page and link your accounts before the end of October and be in for a chance to win, don’t worry if you have already done this, you’re already entered.

The last ordering method isn’t the normal or recommend, but it’s there if you need it.

For example, if you are having issues with stock or getting a better price on un-supported items, email the LNPG Jewson team at LNPG@Jewson.co.uk and they can assist you with your query and even provide you a quote/locate the items for you. All you would need to do is pay for your quote at a branch.

Just For You, Don’t Tell Anyone Else!

We don’t just get fantastic terms on bricks, cement, and timber. We get the best rates on tool hire, exclusive for LNPG members only.

The important bit, once again, is following the right process to get your hard-earned LNPG prices. In short, don’t head over to a branch and book in your tool hire because they’re not allowed to discount to our levels, call the National Tool Hire Centre on 0800 539766 and provide your Jewson account number and name.

The National Tool Hire Centre will apply the correct discount of 65% off and in some cases depending on hire length and demand they might be able to do a little more!

Proof of ID and a deposit will be required, all LNPG members will be able to do this at their local branch who will then confirm ID with the delivering branch.

We also get fantastic terms on plant equipment, but you’ll need to have insurance in place to cover for damage and theft, with cash account holders needing to pay a deposit of twice the weekly rate.

Keeping You in the Know

The best part of being in a purchasing group is getting the insider knowledge of all the latest promotional events and shows – well apart from our contract pricing of course, still they’re other perks to show off when joining LNPG.

We’re talking about Jewson Live 2021, the UK’s biggest builders’ merchant show and it’s back for its sixth year.

It’s going to be filled with live product demos and manufactures showcasing new products and the latest innovations, we will even be joined by some celebrity guests (normally Chris Karmra) and a few key industry experts.

Giving Back

It’s not often we get the chance to give back to our membership in such a profound way but with the Jewson community benefit fund, we now have the chance to give back to a cause of our own choosing.

Leanne has fought tooth and nail to get us access to this community fund and we couldn’t be more excited to begin the process of researching, planning, and choosing a worthy cause.

We’ll be reaching out to you all in the next few weeks to find out which projects are important to you, whether that be a community kitchen serving the most vulnerable, or perhaps a youth club to lend a hand to the younger generation.
